I am looking to see if anyone has a clone recipe for New Holland's The Poet, it is an oatmeal stout. If not does anyone have a good oatmeal stout recipe?

I am also having troubles trying to figure this recipe out. It is from Arbor Brewing.

"Tasting Notes: A deep reddish brew with medium body and carbonation. This toasty, malty, and dry pale ale has a depth of hop taste and acidity in the palate and finish.

This unique recipe combines the rich malty character of an Amber Ale, the crisp hops of an American Pale Ale and the roasty, nutty flavors of an English Brown.

So the Red Snapper isn’t your ordinary Amber Ale. Sure, we use lots of tangy cascade hops for a refreshing bite, but we also use roasted malts for a dry, toasted character that has made Red Snapper one of our most popular beers for nearly a dozen years."

Thanks
