Are you going for making alcohol or something good? The former is easy...sugar, yeast, wait, bam alcohol. Making a good 8% pilsner is going to take a little skill and probably going to be hard to pull off with extract brewing as that much DME will be cloying for the style. My initial thought would be using adjuncts like sugar, corn, or rice, but that would run the risk of producing something like a Royal Budweiser or Double MGD and at that point you may as well buy a 40. So, personnally, if it were me, I'd set that thought aside for when/if you go AG and until then get some lager practice in with a lighter pilsner that the DME can better handle.
