Need Ideas

So I'm trying to decide on a name for my brew's brewery and vino brewery, but I haven't gotten the foggest idea. I'd like for it to be remotely nice for wines and old world sounding for my beers (I wish I'd invested time into learning German or Old English). So can anyone toss out some suggestions, maybe play off of my name: Chris (or Christopher) Scott Grindstaff. I've had some experience in making brand names and and old flyers and stickers with my band. Here's the one I created for my cheese making logo and name for my organic cheese:


So if anyone has any suggestions that'd be awesome.

If you are looking for something kinda old-timey sounding, I would play off your last name - there is a lot to work with there I think
