I thought about this and I have to go with no chill. We don't argue that long primaries don't work or that BIAB doesn't work. We don't argue that extract beer is bad or inferior, just option-limited. But as little as a year ago, the anti-no chill crowd was claiming that not chilling would absolutely lead to DMS-laden hazy beer. I haven't been here forever but that's the only argument I've seen where one side was saying that the technique will flat out ruin the batch. Even the long primary detractors were only claiming autolysis was a risk, not a certainty.
