A bit embarrased to ask this, but if one dosn't ask one dosn't learn, so.

What type of beer would you consider this recipe to be (American Ale, IPA, etc):
- 1 can coopers lager LME
- 2.2 lbs of Muntons Light Dry DME
- 1 kg of Coopers brew enhancer 1
- 1 oz cascade hops
- Bring 2-3 gallons water to boil
- Remove from heat
- Add ½ of the DME
- Return to boil
- Add hops via hop bag
- Low boil for 20 min
- Remove from heat
- Remove hops
- Stir in other ½ of DME, Coopers LME and Brew enhancer
- Cover and let it sit for 20 min then move pot to ice water bath until cool (+- 20 min)
- Add to fermenter
- Sprinkle Coopers yeast (I believe this is considered ale yeast)

20 minutes boil for 1oz of cascades, I don't think it can be considered as an India. Do you add water later? Your water quantity is not very accurate here.

Need to know the final volume of wort going into the fermenter and the what is the weight of the can of Coopers LME?

EDIT: 23 liters is around 6 gallons.

1 oz of Cascade hops is not going to make this "hoppy" at all. This looks like a light cream ale kind of style

Wort is +-2.5 gallons
Coopers can is 1.7 kg.

Note, I forgot to note a second ounce of Cascade hops for 10 min boil.
