Hello all,

I have a bit of extra cash, not enough time for another DIY project, and I need something to help cold-crash/cold-ferment my carboys.

Ideally, I want something that can easily get my beer's temperature down to 50F and 36-38F, without taxing the device's compressor -- something really made for this type of home-based fermentation. I see some jacketed conicals by Blichmann and the like, but really I want something freezer-like that can fit at least two carboys/corney kegs.

What non-DIY solutions, in your experiences, seem to be out there? Thanks for any input.

The cool brewing fermentation chamber works really well. Fill it with some water and bottles of ice and you can get beer down to and maintain at lagering temps.
