Hi y'all!

I'm here to learn and get started on extract after the first of the year.
I'm a science nerd and heavy on the overkill.

My brother, a cousin and a co-worker got me into this.
 
Welcome, Twitchy. I am more of a craft-artisan sort, but layer on enough science to get the job done. If you're really interested in the science of brewing, check out the brewing science subforum here. Also, I really enjoyed the book Yeast, which has a pretty indepth exploration of the biology of yeast.
