I've got everything to make a Zombie Dust clone except this time I wanted to try making it without all Citra hops. So I went by my LHBS and picked up some other options. Anyone feel like taking a swing at what the hop schedule should look like?
(All of the hops listed below are leaf hops with the exception of the Warrior)
2oz. Citra 15.6%
2oz. Simcoe 14.1%
2oz. Centennial 10.3%
2oz. Cascade 7.1%
2oz. Amarillo 10.4%
2oz. Warrior 15% (Pellet)
I also have some spare Nugget, Sterling, Liberty, and Northern Brewer laying around.
Edit: I'm also not opposed to changing the grain bill a bit if needed.
