So I am making a hefeweizen I am using Ed Worts recipe https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f70/bee-cave-brewery-bavarian-hefeweizen-35679/ My OG came out low at 1.043. I have only had this in the primary one week, he says to keg it after 10 days. His recipe is does not add fruit I am adding some blueberries to the primary. Questions are 1) how much fruit should I add? 2) will this help me get a little higher ABV. 3) How long should I leave this in the primary?

i love me some blueberry hefeweizen. i do the hefe for 2 weeks, then secondary it on the berries for 3 weeks. it should add abv by around .03. add around 2.5-3 lbs

The only problem with the secondary is part of the reason my OG was so low is because I didn't get the boil off I expected so I ended up with 6 gallons so it won't fit in my secondary.
