Hi all from Elk River, MN; outlying suburb of Minneapolis. I am 26, brand new to brewing, and currently have my first batch in Primary fermentation. Uncle started in 95, got me interested, and a buddy started last summer. I have already learned quite a bit of basic info from reading several posts. Thanks in advance to everyone that shares their knwoledge here.
