Help Missed step

I made Cider today from fresh pressed apples. I missed the step with adding the putting the Campden and leaving it sit for 24 hours. We also did not put the Petic Enzyme in. Is it going to turn out? Should I add it in now with the yeast already added?

your fine, neither are required. ive never used a pectic enzyme and most here dont like sulphates.

If you add the campden now, it'll probably kill the yeast. Pectic enzyme should be safe to add now though.

You're better off without the campden. What kind of apples? There are only a few that dont clear on their own.

I will have to check on the apples and let you guys know. I don't think I'm going to touch it to add the Pectic.
