Making Mineral Water from RO/DI Water

I just got my RO/DI system set up and got to thinking about making mineral water... Not just mineral water, but DELICIOUS water. I remember growing up, we used to order water from a delivery truck called "Sparklets" and this was probably STILL TO THIS DAY the best water I've ever had. Of course minerals were added for taste after the processing, but this is my motivation. Where can I find great tasting water profiles for drinking? Any ideas on how to proceed if I can't find any? Maybe send a sample of my favorite water to Ward Labs?
