Just let the babies sun ripe a day or two before you grind them. Maybe add a little to some hot water to make a tea. Just to get an idea of flavor profile
 
If mashing babies please make sure you haev a nice brew paddle, they´ll try to get out of your mash tun when water heats up and the your brew paddle can be very effective to keep babies in their place.

You could always use the Brew in a bag method.

I think we should be concentrating more on dirty babies at this point. They have a totally different flavor/aroma profile...
