Octoberfest

Hey everybody. New to the forum lots of great info and insights. I have decided to attempt all grain brewing and I am looking for a recipe to bring to an Octoberfest party happening around the 8th of October. So I am looking for something that can be brewed week ending 7/23 and ready to drink from bottles on October 8th. Looking to produce no more than 6 gallons as that is the biggest I can ferment at the moment. I have only done ale but may be able to lager but not sure if I have the time for it to be drinkable for the party. I know you guys have some awesome recipes as I have been through a lot of them so hit me with something you think a first time all grain noob can get away with.

I brewed Ed Wort's Bee Cave Oktoberfest and its still in extended primary. So I can't say how it taste but recipe post below has good reviews. I have tried a couple of Ed's recipes and all have been fantastic.
