Last week I posted that my ESB ferment took off like crazy and needed help avoiding a royal mess. I believe Revvy said to cool the beer and remove the lid and place loosely. Which I did. Now that it's been done fermenting should I tighten the lid and add an airlock until I can rack to my keg?
