Hello to those of us brewing tonight.

I've got a self-developed American Brown Ale in the last 30 minutes of the boil. Just about to crack open a bottle of my Holiday Pumpkin Spiced Ale to count down the minutes.

It's early enough for me, I should be all cleaned up by 11 pm. 25 minutes left in the boil, then 25 minutes to cool down to 80 C, top up with 60C water (Partial Mash) and I'm ready to pitch at 10:55 with 5 minutes to rinse out my pot. I clean everything as soon as I'm finished, so i\I'll have very little to put away when I'm done.
