Hi All,
I just joined this forum. I have been checking it out for a little while.

I brewed a beer today and just ran out of energy... bad cold.

I mashed a simple ale and didn't boil. The cold got the best of me and I had to stop. The wort is sitting in the brew pot.

My question is this.
Tomorrow, can I pick up this recipe where I left off by grabbing the brew pot and start the boil?

Best not to let it sit too long if you can help it... wort can sour due to bacteria. If you do it first thing in the morning you might be fine? I have no experience with how long souring would take.
