I'm currently at 4-1/2 years of brewing, 63 batches (10 extract, 53 AG), and 475 gallons. After the next two brews I'll be at 500 gallons! :rockin: That may be a drop in the bucket to some of you mega brewers but it's a reason to brew something special if nothing else. ;)

So I'm looking for suggestions/ideas for a little celebratory brew. Thoughts?

Thanks!

I like the imperial stout idea - make nice and hoppy and try to use every type of hop you've used over the years. Nah, that's crazy. Or is it...

You should brew a really big Barley Wine. Like 10% alc.

Use all of your favorite grains and all of your favorite hops. Just one big malty ...hoppy delight.

Let it age and taste the difference throughout about a years time.

I say choose a style that you really like and kck it up a notch or two. I love hoppy IPAs so when it came time to celebrate my 15th anniversary of brewing, I brewed a big Imperial IPA that came in at 9% abv and over 100 IBUs, kegged it and threw a party!:mug:
