I'm absolutely going to do this Tuesday on my American Brown. No 60 min addition at all.
1.00 oz Challenger [7.10 %] (20 min) Hops 15.4 IBU
1.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.00 %] (15 min) Hops 21.3 IBU
1.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.00 %] (1 min) Hops 1.9 IBU
This will put me at 38.5 IBUs according to Beersmith which is right on line for style.
I made a brown ale that had alot of late hops. Really tasty! Mine was not pure to style, but neither am I.
