I recently posted that I racked a dunkelweizen to secondary on May 1st,and due to work problems,I am just now able to bottle it. My problem is,I opened my secondary bucket, and it appears there is mold growing on top of the brew. Have I made a bad mistake? is it mold? if so,can I just clear it from the top, maybe using a sieve or something, and then bottle ? Thanks in advance for any answers, Taterbug.

Hmm thats a long time for it to simply be some yeasties on top. Without pictures, I am not sure but i dont think I would drink beer that had mold on it.
