Here it is.... I had a buddy of mine over last month to help with a split oatmeal stout and pumpkin stout batch. I split it into two 4 gallon food-grade buckets from bakery at a nearby grocery store. I'm not sure where this bad guy came from, but I'll definitely be sanitizing all of my equipment thoroughly and not using these buckets again....

I'm racking under it and bottling today anyway....wish me luck!

yup, no crazy off-flavors or smells that I could pick up so we'll see. The only one I've tasted so far though is the pumpkin stout so there is a bit of spice flavor that could be masking off-flavors.
