To anyone interested.

I just figured out a cool way to account for your foundation water (water under screen in the Mash Tun) for a B3 1550. When you set up your equipment in Beersmith, just put a negative 1.2 gallons (-1.2) in the Lauter Tun Deadspace. From what I can tell, this subtracts sparge water in the proper amount while still keeping your mash water ratio the same.

Anyone see a problem with this.
