I got through the primary fermentation keeping the temperature in range from 68 - 70 F.

After I transfered to secondary, the weather has got much colder, and now I have 55 F in the room where I keep the beer.

how will this drastic temperature change affect the beer?

p.s. I used US-05 yeast

As long as your beer finished fermenting in the primary, you should be fine. If not you may have convinced the yeast to drop out of suspension, thus stalling fermentation.

If you can post your primary fermentation length and hydro readings, you might get more accurate information.

I suspect your beer fermented fully before transfer, so I'd say you're in good shape.
