I am doing a IPA it was in the primary for 2 weeks then i added an once of dry hops it has been 1 week so 3 weeks total now. I wanted to bottle tonight but i see a lot of fairly large. Should i still bottle it or wait?

I assume these were leaf hops? If so, they won't completely settle out. I use a paint strainer bag to put the hops in and hang it in the carboy. This way, when it comes time to bottle, you can just pull it out without having to deal with hops chunks and/or a clogged racking cane. This is also especially helpful with pellet hops.
