...Is your cable permanently attached to your keggle or do you have some sort of plug for easier cleaning? I'm pondering a way to be able to unplug the cable after a brew so I can clean the keggle easier. Any thoughts?
 
should be as easy as a male and female NEMA twistlock recepticals between the kettle and the control box maybe a foot or two from the keggle?
 
mine are attatched so I just clean in place on the stand. I just suck out the crud with shop vac and flush multiple times with hot water.
