Hi everyone

After a break of 10 years I bought an Edme Irish Stout kit from a shop on impulse.

When I opened the kit there were no instructions.

The shops a long way away so I don't want to go back there.

I've done plenty of brewing before so I know about the scrubbing and like, I just need the basic mixing instructions, quantities, fermentation time and such.

If anyone could help I'd be really grateful.

There is also no yeast pack, but maybe there's not meant to be as the packaging implies it's in the mix already?

Call the folks you bought it from. They should be able to provide you with a hop schedule, assuming there are any hops at all. If it's all extract, and there are no grains to steep, just boil some water, remove from flame, add extract, then boil for another 15-20 minutes. Ferment for 2-4 weeks.

Also, look under the lid of you extract can. I bet there's a little packet of yeast in there.
