I brewed this up over the weekend and would like to get some feedback while I wait to see how it turned out.

I know the IBU's are low compared to Rogue's stated IBU's, and I substituted Cascade for Centennial, but I don't see the hops as being the critical component to this brew.

A couple of reasons, mainly convenience....

LHBS only carries White Labs, as I understand only Wyeast has Pacman commercially available, and I didn't want to mail order any yeast.

I had some WLP001 in the fridge that I washed last week.

I think WLP001 is a decent sub for Pacman, not identical twins, but at least siblings of each other.
 
So how did the mocha porter turn out? Looking for a solid porter recipe.
 
Sorry for the late reply, but the porter turned out amazing. One if the best beers I've made in 4 years of brewing.
