I had a nut brown ale a ways back and remember really liking it. However I cannot recall the name of it. I have quite a few odds and ends and wonder if I have enough to make a decent nut brown ale. If anyone would be interested in putting a recipe together I would be a very happy man
Anyway here is a list of what I have ( I would do this myself but beer calculus doesn't have a nut brown designation)
8 lb-2 row
6 oz-chocolate malt
2 lb- special b
1 lb- crystal 40
10 oz -victory malt
1 lb- dextrine
4.25 oz- 6 row
12 oz- roasted barley
2 oz-black patent malt
8 oz- dark munich

1lb 8 oz- vienna malt
HOPS
10 OZ CASCADE
