I kegged a keolsch today which had been sitting in PRIMARY since June 4th. No off-flavors, just perfectly bright, wonderful, flat beer. Can't wait until this one carbs-up. FWIW, I keep my primaries for ales on the cooler-side, usually around 65ish.

Hmmm, could it be that I'm getting excited about brewing again?

Was there a good reason for leaving it in primary? Or was it just an experiment?

Well, between work and overwhelming lack of enthusiasm, I just never got around to it.

Er... I mean to further HBT's knowledge-base, I was willing to sacrifice a brew, yeah... that's it, sacrifice!
