Looks good. Need sliced pics. I smoked another one on thanksgiving and it went before the oven-roasted version. Smoked over cherry wood. Brined it, too.

Not sure I was supposed to age this but Mama Hello's boyfriend started opening **** and I had to intervene. He's a Tecate drinker. He then grabbed my Rumpkin and I nearly had to throw him out. No lie. I handed him a Sweetwater sixer.
