i have only done single infusion mashes. i bought a bohemian pilsenere and the more reading i do i relive i might want to do a decoction or step infusion. i have never done one but i think it looks kinda easy. i need some advice which would you do and why. i would prefer a single infusion, but if decction will make it take better ill do that.
