Bought a Nylon Hop bag today in hopes that it would become a reusable solution to my Muslin bags I normally use and throw away. A Nylon Hop bag is what I wanted right? I can use it in my boil to hold hope additions? It wont melt, or do anything else wacky in the beer? There were also straining bags at the hbstore, but this was labeled Nylon Hop Bag. I think I am good to go, but just wanted to make sure they were not just for dry hopping.

As long as they have enough room for the hops and are not sitting directly on an electric element you should be good to go. Many people use paint strainer bags, nylons, etc. for brewing.
