Im going to start bottling a sixer of every brew I keg, and am using Munton carbonation tabs. Bottling is a first for me, so I have a few questions. Do these have to sit at room temp for 3 weeks like priming sugar does. Im long term aging these bottles (as a lesson in patience), my plan was to put them in my fermenting freezer (62f-64f) for a few months, will this work?
