I made a starter on Friday and planned on brewing on sat but something came up so I couldn't. Now I still have my starter on the strut plate. What should I do with it?

If its fermented out, cover it and put it in the fridge. When you are ready to brew decant off most of the liquid and stir up the remaining slurry to pitch

I've done sanitized foil, the foam stopper, and both before. My normal starter process includes 24 hours in the fridge once it's done on the stirplate. That way the yeast settles to the bottom of the flask, so I can decant the spent starter and JUST pitch the yeast slurry into the fermenter.
