Hi all.... I have a 10lb bag of 2 row that has been in the garage for about 2 months, the bag has never been opened. It has gotten pretty hot in the garage lately and I'm wondering if the heat has damaged the grain. Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated....Thanks

It should be good. Have a look, and a taste. Seriously, if it tastes ok it is ok. While prolonged heat is not good, a couple of months probably didn't ruin it. I keep my immediate inventory of grain in plastic icing buckets in my garage, and long-term storage is in the same buckets, stacked inside an interior closet. Specialty grains I keep in my kegerator, since I have room.
