The wiring can be pretty boring... You have to stay motivated or it will become another half finished project that I've others post about..
I agree with that 100%. The wiring was the boring part. Took me a week of working on it a little bit each evening. My biggest fear was that i would get it all wired and something wouldn't work properly. I think spreading the work out and not letting myself get to the "just get it done" stage really helped.

Check out the kettles from Brewers Hardware. I replaced one of my Blichmans with a BH one last year and I'm now getting 3 of them for my new build.
