I'm looking for an all grain recipe that approximates Samuel Smith Pure Brew Lager.

Sam Smith lager has a unique taste that I'm trying to figure out how to recreate.

After doing some research, I think I have a good idea of the ingredients.

Check out the following links:

So maybe something like:
*Warminster Organic Pilsen (to get slight honey flavor)
*Vienna Organic Malt
*New Zealand Organic hops to achieve IBUs

Not sure about percentages and yeast.
I suspect any lager yeast with clean flavor profile will work.
Anyone ever brew with Warminster Pilsen? Where to get in US?

Wow your perseverance is commendable. five years to work out a recipe? Impressive!

Hey joenearboston,

Have you managed to develop a recipe that closely approximates their lager? I started looking for a clone of this recipe, but there isn't much to go on in terms of recreating it! Any help or information you've gathered would be cool :)
