I was grinding some Carafa 2 for my homebrew and thought I would brew some coffee with that to see how it would taste.
Used 1/2oz of Carafa2 for 4.5 cups water on my regular coffee maker.
Perfect, even though this was my first time drinking barley coffee, it was very drinkable and for sure a coffee substitute.
I imagine all combinations that one can do, chocolate malt, perhaps some crystal?
Have anyone tried this and if so, good mix recipes?

Thanks
