Hey all, new here, and hoping to get my feet wet brewing AHS's yeti clone extract recipe. A friend of mine has this equipment kit:

http://www.weekendbrewer.com/beginnerpage.html#10005

(kit equipment outlined in blue box, he also has a 5 gallon pot for boiling, is 5 gallons enough?)

So, would I be able to brew the yeti clone as seen here?:

I am looking to do this RIS because I think it would be perfect for winter, benefit from aging, and taste good if it came out remotely near what its supposed to be. Also, if it would work, then what options would u select from the AHS website?

In over my head? ignorant? Or what..... you tell me. Thanks again.

Looks like the only things you need are bottles. You have practically everything you would need. I would reserve a ~1/4 cup of the extract for a starter though. This is a big brew with a high gravity, so plan on the carboy being out of commission for a couple of months while it ages. The default ingredients should be ok.
The one thing I would do is find a bigger kettle to boil all 5 gallons of wort, rather than filling with water.
