I really like the malt billl but I think you've got too many IBUs. In my limited experience, the bitterness gets in the way of the smoke flavor. I think I would shoot for a BU:GU ration closer to .5 or so at the max. I'd also probably cut back on the aroma additions, although I don't have any personal expeience with that, just a hunch. If I had those malts I'd really want that smoke aroma to come through and all of that Wilmette would probably obstruct it.
 
Just tried the smoked helles I did 3 weeks back. I had a few issues and ended up adding .5 saaz at KO. The aroma is clearly off because of it, I'd kill the aroma hops entirely.
