What temp do you all keep your keezers/kegerators at? And what PSI? My lines will be about 4-5' long.

I have read like 36-38 degrees and 10-12psi?
 
Temp is personal preference, but you'll want to keep it under 38° if you're going to stick with those short serving lines. Use a chart like this to determine the pressure for your desired carb level. Carb level is also personal preference. As a reference, most BMC is carbed to ~2.7 vol. I like 40° and 2.5 vol, which requires 12 psi.
