Hi, all,

I bottled a Fat Tire clone a few weeks ago, and it's my first bust. It has a terrible odor, kind of a sour odor, and one that I am not going to be able to successfully explain here. Nonetheless, the batch is a loss.

I wonder whether there is a guide, online or otherwise, that summarizes the most common bacterial or other contaminations that can make a batch go south, and perhaps gives insights as to how they smell or look and what might have caused the problem. Is there?

If so, I'd appreciate the reference.
