Question about draft towers and faucets

I am going to build a kegerator into my bar, and have been looking for the best deal on a dual-tap tower. While I'd love to get one with Perlick faucets, it's a little more than I'd like to spend (AKA more than I told my wife/boss I'd spend). I found this one on ebay, but am a touch skeptical:

It says that it has stainless steel faucets with brass levers. Are these even made? In shopping around, all stainless faucets I've found have stainless levers.

Anyone have any ideas, suggestions, or have seen a better deal?

Wow, wish I had this when I got mine- Dual Faucet 3' Tower. Used the saved $ to get some perlicks!

The taps look simular to mine, the levers in mine are brass.
