Hi,
I am mashing a triple at 149 F for 90 minutes. I missed the target a little (a bit high) and added cold water to compensate. Then I missed again, blah blah....
I am sitting a 150 F and would like to stay there a little longer than 90 minutes to compensate my overly long mash-in. Is there any problem with that?

You can, but conversion should be complete sooner than the 90 minutes, so I dont really see the point in waiting. There is not "problem" with it. I have seen people mash in, then sparge HOURS later...
