Hey all,
My buddy Steve and I got into homebrewing at the beginning of this summer. We decided to make two accounts since we have different tastes, opinions and questions. We are on our third batch now. The first two were pre-designed kits with great instructions and the one that is boiling now is a Raspberry Ale we designed ourselves.
The first we brewed was a Indian Blonde Ale (Blondie), and the second was a Kolsch.
Blondie has finished and we are about halfway through drinking it. The kolsch is pretty much done, just aging/secondary fermenting in the bottles. We cracked one open to check the carbonation and it is fully carbonated, just a little too fresh and needs to mellow out a little bit.
We are both college students in different engineering fields so we are slowly piecing together better equipment. Any way just wanted to give a little background before we start asking questions and posting recipes.
Thanks for all the info!
