Hello!
Located in Central, IL (known as Southern Illinois to our Chicago friends), around Springfield/Decatur/Jacksonville.
First, I'd like to thank a lot of people on here who have helped me successfully brew and keg three batches (brewed 5 batches total: one is completely finished off; two, very tasty batches are in the kegerator; the other two are rounding their last days in the fermenter).
Home brewing is addicting. I had to brew three batches before I developed enough patience.
Anyway, thanks to everyone who has helped me and others on here. I hope to provide the same quality of support to others, similar to which I have received.
