So, I am new to this software and since my water is extremely hard, I use RO water for the mash and well water for sparging. When I enter the values for RO water, then go to the Sparge Acidification page, it shows 0 Total alkalinity. So to get the alkalinity to come over from water entry I have to enter my values. My question is: Since if these worksheets are all intertwined, how can I know if the final water adjustment sheet will be correct? I am thinking I have to enter my water report, calculate the acid addition, then go back and enter ro water for final water adjustment. Is that a workaround or am I missing something.
