What are we grilling for fathers day? I'm thinking of steaks, or grilling a pizza not sure yet.

I am doing "Baltimore Pit Beef" for my step faither-in-law. Wife gave me the go ahead to get a deli slicer for it. :ban:

I'm gonna find the biggest, baddest porterhouse steaks in town and grill them up along with some fresh asparagus drizzled with olive oil. My wife makes an amazing garlic-red potato thing. Or hey the corn on the cob has been fabulous so far this year. Served up with some nice home brew of course. Then I'm gonna fire up the ice cream machine and completely sugar-buzz my kids.

I would be going to my parent's but my Dad passed way back in 1994. Miss you, Dad.

BTW I stumbled across a couple home brewing books in a shopping bag the other day... :rockin:

Thats what I am talking about. I usually get a super thick porterhouse. Was going to brew. We don't have any money till next week tho. Probably going to be kinda lame. Just don't wake me up too early.

Had a decent NY strip yesterday (well, I missed it, but I had some for lunch today :(

Might smoke some ribs. I got a beer-cooking book that I've been browsing lately. Might throw together one of those recipes.

I'm not picky. As long as people leave me alone to brew beer, or work on my car or BOTH, I could eat just about anything.
