I busted a coupling on my mill and I probably won't be able to get the part tonight (so I won't be able to brew tomorrow) because...

'Snowfall amounts of between 15 and 30 centimetres is expected this afternoon and into the evening.'

So my wyeast starter 3068 is now not going to be used for close to a week. I won't be able to brew until next week. I'm off work next Saturday night and have Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday open to brew. What should I do with this starter?

Step it up, cold-crash it after it's fermented off, decant the liquid, and pitch a huge slurry into a weizenbock next week.... ;)

I'll just keep the starter cool until then I guess?

At least I have lots of beer to keep me happy. I think I'll build a keg snowman to keep me happy.
