Not sure if this is a big deal, but when adding hops, the directions say wait 30 minutes and add. Do I start the clock when I have a rolling boil or when the heat goes on?
Wort on the stove right now. Help.

Wait until the boil starts. It doesnt have to be super precise, just start the "timer" whenver you are ready. It could be boiling for a few minutes before you start without any ill effects
